Services · Systems Integration & Automation
We remove one specific piece of manual, repetitive work at a time — data moved between systems, documents read into data, a sequence of steps that runs itself — and hand you something built to fail loud instead of silent. Fixed scope, fixed price, no platform to learn.
What's included
Almost every automation project we run is one of these, or a combination of two.
A new record in one system becomes the right record in another — correctly, on a schedule, without anyone re-typing it. Orders into invoices, contracts into projects, leads into your CRM.
$4,000–12,000 fixed
PDFs, scanned forms, and statements turned into structured data, with rules for the cases that don't match the template — not just the clean ones.
$5,000–15,000 fixed
Reports that compile and send themselves, approvals that route on a threshold, reminders that fire when something's gone untouched too long.
$4,000–12,000 fixed
What we automate
What we don't touch
The build is rarely the expensive part. Knowing exactly what should happen — and exactly what should happen when something goes wrong — is the expensive part.
Every engagement starts with a diagnostic: we map the manual process as it actually runs today, confirm the systems involved can actually support what you need, and give you a written scope and price before anything is built. If the honest answer is a $30-a-month no-code plan instead of a custom build, we'll tell you that. The diagnostic fee is credited against the build if you move forward.
For the full cost breakdown by project type, the five ways these projects commonly fail, and a buy-vs-build framework you can use on your own, see Business Process Automation: What You're Buying, What It Costs, and What Breaks.
The consultation is free — usually enough to know whether it's worth automating. We'll give you a straight answer, and a fixed price if it is.
