Business Process Automation Services

We remove one specific piece of manual, repetitive work at a time — data moved between systems, documents read into data, a sequence of steps that runs itself — and hand you something built to fail loud instead of silent. Fixed scope, fixed price, no platform to learn.

What's included

Three ways this work shows up

Almost every automation project we run is one of these, or a combination of two.

Most common

Data movement between systems

A new record in one system becomes the right record in another — correctly, on a schedule, without anyone re-typing it. Orders into invoices, contracts into projects, leads into your CRM.

$4,000–12,000 fixed

Highest value

Document & data extraction

PDFs, scanned forms, and statements turned into structured data, with rules for the cases that don't match the template — not just the clean ones.

$5,000–15,000 fixed

Lowest friction

Scheduled & triggered workflows

Reports that compile and send themselves, approvals that route on a threshold, reminders that fire when something's gone untouched too long.

$4,000–12,000 fixed

What we automate

The work, not the judgment

  • Data movement between systems that already have APIs, mapped exactly the way you'd do it by hand.
  • Extraction from documents and statements into the fields your other systems need.
  • Scheduled and triggered steps — reports, reminders, routing — that don't need a person to kick them off.
  • Alerting when something falls outside what the automation was built to handle, sent to a named person, not a log file nobody reads.

What we don't touch

The line we hold

  • No accounting actions. We move data in and out of your books. Categorization, reconciliation, and accounting treatment stay with your accountant, on rules they give us in writing.
  • No silent posting. Anything touching money or compliance-relevant records is proposed by the automation and confirmed by a person — it does not submit or finalize on its own.
  • No MSP relationship. This is project and retainer work, not seat-based monitoring or on-call support layered on top of your existing IT provider.

The build is rarely the expensive part. Knowing exactly what should happen — and exactly what should happen when something goes wrong — is the expensive part.

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic: we map the manual process as it actually runs today, confirm the systems involved can actually support what you need, and give you a written scope and price before anything is built. If the honest answer is a $30-a-month no-code plan instead of a custom build, we'll tell you that. The diagnostic fee is credited against the build if you move forward.

Tell us what you do by hand every week

The consultation is free — usually enough to know whether it's worth automating. We'll give you a straight answer, and a fixed price if it is.
